I'm not sure what initially prompted me to buy Seasnax, which is basically a package of dried and slightly flavored seaweed. I've never been super into Japanese food or seaweed or anything of that particular ilk, but I got these on a whim one day and have been addicted ever since. I mean like, hardcore addicted; I sometimes clean out the entire supply of these at my local co-op grocery store. They are that good. Seasnax are crunchy, salty, a little bit crumbly. Like the package says, similar to chips, but about 1000 times more healthy. One package of Seasnax has 48 calories, and there are 5 sheets in a package. My boyfriend is just as, if not more, obsessed with Seasnax than I am, and a lot of times we split a pack, although clearly not out of wanting to count calories (48 calories in a package, guys!). Toasty Onion is my personal favorite flavor.
Seasnax are kinda pricey for a snack, at $3.99 a package, but you can also crumble them on top of salads and things to make them more versatile. They're also gluten-free and totally vegan.
