Sorry for the sore lack of posting lately! Between an awesome trip to Atlanta, a decidedly not-awesome wisdom teeth extraction and everything else life-related (writing work, teaching), I haven't had a ton of time to post.
I have been cooking, but mostly dinner. And now that it's basically pitch dark out at 4:30 (UGH) I hate taking pictures of food when it's all illuminated by my flourescent kitchen lights. I'll try to get some recipes up soon, though, and maybe a few cookbook reviews or links round-ups. Anything in particular you'd like to see?
So this post isn't totally boring and apologetic, here's a picture of a pizza I made the other night. Udi's GF pizza crust, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, thinly-sliced apples, sliced kalamata olives, goat cheese and lots of black pepper. Try it. You'll like it.

I'm Carrie. I make quick, easy, healthy food. I don't have any culinary training; I'm just a regular person who wants to eat well. You'll like this blog if you're a busy person who wants to eat flavorful, healthy food without going broke or spending hours in the kitchen.
